More to celebrate
Aufruf & Lunch
A Jewish tradition: on the Shabbat before the wedding, the groom is called up to the Torah for a blessing. It's a short, joyful ceremony, followed by a Shabbat lunch, called kiddush. Our traditions and community mean a lot to us, and we'd love to share this with you. Everyone's welcome.
As it is Shabbat, we kindly request no photos or usage of cell phones.

The Wedding
The big one. Ceremony, dinner, and dancing at Lilah. Come hungry. There's a lot of eating ahead, with some of our favorite food in the city on the table.

FAQ
What's the dress code?
Black tie optional.
Can I bring a plus-one?
We're keeping it small, so we can only accommodate the guests named on your invitation. Thanks for understanding.
Are kids welcome?
We love your kids, but we're keeping the celebration adults-only. If you need a hand sorting out childcare, ask us and we'll help you find a sitter.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by 5:00 PM so we can begin on time.
What are the parking and transportation options?
There's no parking at Lilah, so we're running a trolley to and from Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Old City — the same hotel as our room block. Hop on, or take an Uber straight to the door.
Where should I stay?
We've reserved a block of rooms at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Philadelphia's Old City, and the wedding-day shuttle to Lilah runs from there. There are plenty of other great hotels and Airbnbs nearby too, so feel free to find whatever suits you.
